Whatever you ordered from us in our store here are the terms and conditions for business. For your own peace of mind and clarity, we have tried to keep it all as comprehensive and free from technical and legal jargon as possible.

About The Products 

Our products and ranges are made from beautiful natural products and materials wherever possible. As such, we cannot predict nor guarantee the presence of design features such as knots, and variations to grain in wood, changes in colour in colour or minor imperfections in leather hides. Dimensions should allow a small margin for error. We always try our best to make sure that the descriptions in our literature and order forms are accurate and up to date, however we do except that the occasional mishap may appear. 

Your Order

When you are placing an order in store for any of our furniture, we ask for minimum 25% deposit to secure the order. 

The balance for your order is payable either prior or on the day of delivery. 

Some of our products have many variations and customisable options. In this instance we will always endeavour to go over these in detail with you to make sure that your order is for what you are expecting. 

Cancelations and Returns 

We're sure you will be happy with your new furniture, if for some reason you are not, we are here to help. 

With regards to cancelations, a 25% charge of the original cost of furniture will be incurred. As most manufacturers now process orders placed with them electronically it is often very difficult to amend or cancel an order once placed, even after just 24 hours, and will invariably incur an administration or cancellation charge.

If for any reason your good are faulty or damaged, we can take back and return in full, repair to your satisfaction or arrange a replacement in line with our guarantee. 

A copy of these terms and conditions can be found in store, and will be handed to all customer at point of sale.
