Our Guarantee

At Relax Furniture at Bretts, we take our commitment to our customers very seriously. 

If you have a problem at any stage of your ownership, we would like to hear about it, no matter how long after purchase. All our goods are built to last, and as you would expect come with at least a 12-24 month warranty. See specific ranges for details. 


Should you have a query, or a fault with any goods, noted on or directly after delivery or collection, we would ask you to notify us within 7 working days - in person or by phone. Where convenient, we may ask you for photographic evidence to be provided to back certain claims. Should there prove to be a fault in manufacture or damage to an item, we will always look to replace at the earliest possible convenience. If a claim is being made under warranty, in most cases a direct replacement is undertaken, once the cause of the problem or fault is determined.
